My pc does not currently have any issues but it has recently ran out of its regular warranty
and claims there is no warranty.
However I have purchased a care pack that extends the warranty with my device. I also purchased my pc with the warranty in the same order.
My device IS registered and I have put in a case support to dispute my claim by providing a hp care screenshot of my order back at 1/20/2023 and have heard nothing back.
So if something DOES go bad, what am I to do?

If you have an immediate need of the Service to submit a case to HP Support,
If you have need of the service, that is, you need to submit a case for Warranty Repair under the Care Pack --
If you are unable to submit your case to HP Support --
Let us know at that time -- we can forward a request for Review.
