Hey, I was on my computer and my touched the power cord. When i tried turning it on it would it say it eases connected but it was just a black screen. I know there wasn't any updates either. Please help. Thanks

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Set BIOS default and restart:
- Restart your computer.
- During startup, press F10 repeatedly until the BIOS menu is displayed.
- Once the BIOS menu is displayed, press F9 to restore factory defaults.
- Select Yes to confirm.
- Press F10 to save changes and exit.
- Select Yes to confirm.
- The computer restarts using the default settings.
