I have the DESKTOP-6HI4TNP HP All-in-One 24-f0xx - can this model have its memory increased in any way because it is ridiculously slow. PC World said it wasn't possible because it's the all-in-one model, too complicated. Wondered if anyone has a clue. Maybe local shops have technicians that know how to fix it.

You can install up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 memory.
PC World is correct only in the fact that those type of PC's are difficult to take apart, but upgrading the memory is definitely possible.

The other reason your PC is slow is that it has a mechanical hard drive and not a solid-state drive, so you may want to ask the shop to install a solid-state drive instead.
