Product: Pavilion Gaming Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Insignia USB to DB9 Converter installed. Device manager recognizes it as a USB Serial Controller D and tells me no driver exists for it. I have tried loading various drivers but cannot get any to load and work. Every driver I try Device Manager has a problem with.

You should mention the exact model number of your computer, and the brand name of this USB to Serial Controller.
