Yes, it's like HDD, hp uses different brands, so probably it should work if the
reader can adapt!
on the other hand I could not help you on the choice of the model, not tested!

as long as the player has the required format, this shouldn't be a problem
but I think that we can not guarantee you anything here
I had also informed you of probable problems, in relation to the required connectors, etc!
