Product: HP - 19.5" All-In-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is it possible to upgrade the RAM in my (

HP - 19.5" All-In-One - AMD A4-Series - 4GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive)

Things are running slow with windows 10 and it is a 5 year old pc but I’m hoping it’s just the ram because of how slow things run on it.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.
