Hello, I've done a bit of research. Could compatibility differ depending on the manufacturer? I haven't seen successful cases for Radeon yet, but in the case of NVIDIA products, is there a possibility that HP motherboards have better compatibility with the Asus manufacturer? When looking at successful cases like the 4070, 4060 Ti, and 5060 Ti, it seems like there are many from the Asus manufacturer.

@hello123123123,

Yes, Nvidia cards - in general at least, tend to be more 'cooperative' graphics cards than AMD cards.

Asus cards are amongst the best-made GPUs -my favorite brand, incidentally.

So, I'm going to try the 5060 Ti Asus Dual Fan model😊

. I'm worried that 500W might not be enough, so I looked up some parts and found these PSU part numbers: (L57253-003 / L36049-003).

Do you know if this size fits the Victus 15L? Or do you know of any other 550W to 600W PSUs that would fit?

@hello123123123,

The Asus RTX 5060 Ti 16GB graphics card has a 180-watt TDP and is powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable.  A high-quality HP 500-watt power supply is sufficient to power this card: ASUS DUAL RTX 5060 Ti OC Edition 16 GB Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.

And yes, the 650-watt power supply with p/n: L57253-003 / L36049-003 is compatible with your PC, as is the 550-watt power supply with p/n: L75200-004 / L75200-001.

I got a 5060 ti to work on my HP Envy TE01 3254 some how lol. I originally wanted a 9060xt but my stupid PC didn't pick up on the card. I didn't get any picture from the card. I had to use intergrated graphics in order to do trouble shooting. Yes, I know it isn't the same platform but, it is close enough.  A lot of these desktops are similar in chassis but seem to differ with motherboard and compatibility.
