Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an amd 5700 apu and i've seen the processor turbo  to 4ghz from 3.4ghz on other peoples computers, but I can't figure out how to do it on my pc.

I've tried looking in the bios but no option and i've looked in windows and still no option. Is turbo dissabled on the motherboard permanently or do I need to do a bios update to enable turbo?

Turbo mode is always on by default. Here is a quote from intel.

Turbo Boost Technology is a processor technology. As long as one core is active, the technology is enabled.

Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 does allow you to designate the fastest core to certain applications but is enabled only for Intel® Core™ i7-68xx / i7-69xx Processors.
