Product: HP 690-0024
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Got an HP 690-0024. 16gb of ram, 2.1 used for hardware reserve. I understand it's for the vega 11 graphics, but what do you do when you have a GPU and you don't use the vega 11 graphics. Tried using msconfig and turning off max memory under the boot options and that didn't work. Any other suggestions out there?

@jtdusk , welcome to the Community.
This is how Windows allocates memory in your system. I don't believe there is any way to release the memory for system use.
