hi
Are these rechargeable batteries, or are you talking about batteries in general?
Original batteries, or replace..
When the computer is off, normally it shouldn't be a problem, I don't think so much about it, if an On off button, you turn it off?
That said, I don't, and I rarely change my batteries!
You say in a week, but how many hours, the keyboard and it used approximately?

hi
you are not answering exactly what I told you?
"They are wilko extra batteries"
if I look for this then I find
https://www.wilko.com/en-uk/wilko-extra-life-alkaline-batteries-aa-lr6-15v-8-pack/p/0178596
Have you tried, with models that are not of a "brand" of this type??
it reminds me of some brands at home, which are very mediocre, lifespan, questionable ..
With branded batteries, a little more expensive, of course, but no problem
So if you try decent batteries, you have the same problem..
