Product: Omen 25L Desktop GT12-0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My omen keyboard doesn’t change lights anymore when on the basic control on the omen control centre app. Plus, the shortcut key to open the omen app has stopped working. How can I fix it? 

my pc is fully updated too

The problem i have it says its working on fixing it on the next update. However this was posted in December last year and there has been plenty of updates since.
