Hi, can anyone help ? Bought a new mouse today (HPZ3700) but on installation, my keyboard does not work. The mouse and keyboard are both wireless, any ideas ?

Regards

@clanger617 , welcome to the forum.

I believe that your problem is caused by not having the correct dongle for the keyboard installed.  If the mouse and keyboard didn't come as a set, the dongle for the mouse will not work with the keyboard.  I suggest plugging in the dongle came originally with the computer to see if that helps.
