Mi equipo es un all-in-one que lleva la cámara web oculta en una pestaña sobre el monitor.
Cuando la pestaña está oculta el ordenador detecta la cámara web y se ve el dispositivo en el administrador de dispositivos. En programas como el de la camara detecta una cámara, aunque al estar escondida se ve todo en negro.
Si levanto la pestaña de la cámara, el dispositivo cámara desaparece del administrador de dispositivos, y programas como el de cámara dicen que no existe ningún dispositivo instalado.
Si levanto muy muy despacio la cámara, por un segundo se ve la imagen de la camara.
Es como si el equipo funcionara al revés. Con la cámara cerrada funciona y con la cámara abierta deja de funciona
Alguna idea?

OK Marcus.
My All-IN-ONE have an webcam behind the screen. Windows detect it (in device manager) when it is hidden and disappears when i open it
In camera app, when i open it slowly slowly i can see the image for a milisecond.
It seems that the computer acts backwards.
I have all the drivers and firmware updated
Any idea?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Did you make any changes on the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
- When was the last time it worked fine?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
- Check for the Imaging devices, If there is no Imaging devices category listed, select Action, then Scan for hardware changes.
- If Device Manager does not recognize the webcam after the scan, the webcam might have become unplugged internally, and the computer might require service to correct the issue.
