HP Pavilion desktop 510 - p021
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received the 90B error about the CPU Fan error, so I cleaned the fan area, the fins on the heat sink were blocked. I cleaned the fins , but I still receive the 90B error and assume the fan should be replaced. I may have to remove the fan to get the proper number off of it for replacement, I just thought asking here may be an easier way

@Jeep43 , welcome to the forum.

Here is the fan and heatsink for your computer:

You might want to contact them to see if they sell just the fan.  I don't know anything about the seller.  So, you should do some research before buying from them.

Note: Whenever you need a Part # for any component in your computer you can find it on HP PartSurfer:  http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=C1N64-67901

@Jeep43,

If you look at the fan, you will notice 4 corner holes.  Unplug the fan connector at the motherboard.  Take note of the number of pins.  (Likely it is a PWM 4 pin fan).  Paint one corner with a drop of finger nail polish. (I am sure you can borrow some). All fans have an embossed rotation and direction arrows, and that is why you painted a corner. A small phillips head screw driver gets inserted into the hole. It will drop to the screwhead. Simple..  How to measure a fan

Example ONLY of an 80mm PWM 4 pin fan, as shown here.
