Product: MS-4365

I have this little PCIe SSD that i pulled from an older HP - I'm curious about a few things. What is this little cabel on it? Where does that plug in and what exactly is it's functionality? Also is this only compatable with HP machines? Can i throw it in a righ im building? Will it work? What can i do to make it function with a non-HP motherboard? Any help would be awesome! Thnaks.
