I’ve tried everything to reset this laptop or so I thought, and it’s not working! I got a message saying something like I needed to delete files to make more memory/space to clean it up!? I bought this from a friend and she didn’t reset it before giving it to me. I have the HPDQ0xxx

That scenario sounds much like the Stream line with a 64GB EMMC for a harddrive.

Here is a thread that reinforces that idea.

What needs to be done to get the "reset" to work is to make a new Windows install media and install a new clean updated version of Windows with that new media.  That means boot to the new media and tell it to do a clean install, you need to be at this screen from the install media.  If you need added help, please ask.
