Hi @Borg1of9
I don't think so, Crucial, which is a trusted supplier of HP, indicates a maximum of 16 GB.

Well I Know this much my I7 process should be able to handle 32gb but guess what HP have locked me out of the F42 Bios Advanced Settings so I can't change the maximum memory so its locked by them deliberately so you have a shelf life on the laptop basically it's pretty disgusting. I am looking now to completely more away from HP for. this very reason despite being a customer for over 10 years there loss I am not stupid I have seen the same computer running with open bios in the USA with 32gb installed I get annoyed by this. Seriously

Hi,
Yes, your HP Pavilion Power cb014na can support up to 32GB of RAM, meaning you can replace the current RAM with two 16GB sticks, as long as they are compatible with your laptop's specifications (DDR4-2400 or DDR4-2666). I did the same before.
You can also check your laptop's user manual or HP's website to ensure compatibility before upgrading.
Thanks
