Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to upgrade my memory to the fastest speed possible, so I bought G.Skill Ripjaws 3200 16GB.  That didn't work out and the computer only recognized it at 2133 MHz.  On top of that, I don't believe the memory was even compatible, my system kept on restarting.

So now I'm looking at the HP V6 16GB 3200 MHz (2x8GB) memory at Newegg, item number 7TE41AA#ABC.  Will my system recognize the HP memory at 3200 MHz or will it step down to 2133 or 2666?  Is there any memory kit that would be recognized at 3200 MHz without access to XMP?

It specs

It has  8 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) now. You MAY be able to install 3200MHz RAM but it will run at 2666MHz automatically. The safest option is to add SAME existing 8GB of RAM to slot 2. A tool called CPU-Z will show you wat it is now. You can also use the following compatible RAM

You can also upgrade to 32GB using following compatible RAM (will run at 2666MHz)
