Product: Omen 880
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just tried to upgrade my memory from 8gb to 16gb, the problem is on the new 8gb stick, windows sees it as 7.9gb but the HP operating system diagnostic says there is only 64mb but in brackets it says 3.8gb. When i only put this stick into the computer and open up the information icon in the operating system diagnostic it says 64mb total installed, 16eb memory used, 3.94gb memory free. The strange thing is it is showing as 6400Mhz but should only be 2400. Has this been overclocked or something as it is second hand.
