Memory Upgrade

Accoroding  to hp-parts  my Mememory is L93627-800  but under the hood  it is a MN3782AK43EB1

I want to  add another 16GB.    So do I need to get another  MN3782AK43EB1 or can I just get any 16B memory stick which has similar features,      

If I am adding more memory do i need to make sure that both memory sticks have 100% the same config.

Your HP ENVY Desktop PC TPE01-4000i (6V9A5AV) requires DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM (UDIMM), 288-pins RAM. You are correct: identical RAM would be ideal, or at least as close as possible to what you are trying to match.

HP PCs are known to be finnicky when it comes to RAM, and to achieve max RAM speed and performance. That said, I don't see why the A-Tech RAM stick wouldn't work. Only thing: it is less likely that mixed RAM sticks will be able to run in 'dual rank' (2Rx8) mode (not to be confused with 'dual channel' mode), which would be desirable, but not critical:
