HP Pavilion Elite HPE-320ch
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have desktop "HP Pavilion Elite HPE-320ch".  I wanted to upgrade the memory from 4 GB to 16 GB. Current setup I have 2 2 GB sticks installed.  info provided on your site I should be able to upgrade memory to 16 GB. On this understanding I purchased 4 4 GB memory sticks, details on the new memory "Kingston 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 PC3-10600 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM SR x8 KVR13N9S8/4". With this memory my PC doesn't start up; i tried with 1 4GB stick & 2 4GB sticks. Exactly which memory works with this PC; brand, model, etc...

Regards,

SK-HP

What understanding did you have?  Can you provide the link to the Kingston site that verified that RAM module works in your system?

These are verified to work:

Thanks for the reply.  I unfortunately did not check Kingston site for compatibility before purchasing the memory...
