Doing some overclocking with this slow computer, I’d like to know where and how can I unlock the change Ram speed settings since my BIOS doesn’t show any overclocking settings. HP Pavilion 590-p0076

The specs of your machine is

It has  Sunflower motherboard which supports a set of processors.

No option in BIOS allows user to overclock the machine
