I'd like to upgrade because it no longer functions but I do like the all in one form. Are there HP or aftermarket motherboards that will fit and match I/O openings? Any and all help is much appreciated.

@Dave-in-SC, welcome to the forum.
The truth is, HP has their motherboards and components made to their specs. For this reason, it is difficult to find a motherboard that has the holes that will fit the stand-offs in the case. The best way to upgrade is, buy a new computer. You will be money ahead in the long run.
