Recently purchased HP ENVY TE02-1001naDT PC     I am finding the wireless mouse provided with the computer very unpredictable.  It seems to freeze at random times.  Tried rebooting and using different USB slots to no avail.. Can you help?

Thank you Erico, it was a new battery but after research I found a suggestion that I take the connector out of the USB on the top of the unit and place it in a USB socket in the rear.  These apparently are connected directly to the Motherboard.  However seems to have solved the problem. Why i don't know it's way above my technical knowledge!  Thanks Again

Try replacing the battery in the mouse.
