Pavillion All-In-One 27
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Pavillion All-In-One 27 and the mouse has started working intermittently.  The green light on top is not illuminated.  I've changed the batteries, but still no green light.  Even though the green light is not lit, the mouse works most of the time.  This is the original wireless mouse that came with the PC.  What do I need to do to correct this issue?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the mouse is working intermittently.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.
