Hi,

After auto shutdown [10mins] , and waking up again from the keyboard, my wireless mouse does not work

Keyboard is fine..

 

Mouse lights under are on and after about a minute it starts working..

 

Any idea what to do?

I understand that Pavillion 23 All In One has an issue with the wireless mouse.

 

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document to fix:-

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Did this happen after a recent software update?

Have you tried to connect an diffrent external mouse and check if it works?

Have you checked if the cursor moves even in the Bios?
