Hey there,
Recently, my monitor stopped working. I was pretty puzzled as to how this happened so I reached out to HP support. They tried remote controlling it to solve it and that did not work.
I was able to narrow the problem down to existing within the monitor by conducting a few tests. First, I plugged my laptop and HDMI cable into my friend's monitor and that worked. Next, I tried to plug my Xbox into the monitor (My TV displays the Xbox image functionally) and my monitor did not display any images. This could only mean that the problem is within the monitor itself.
I currently have a warranty that supports Customer Deliveries to RepairCtrs so my question is more of how I can request a repair for the monitor. HP Support has tried many strategies and none have been able to make the monitor work. Thank you all for your time and consideration.
Best Regards,
Brian

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
