Product: Hp envy x360 convertible model 15-bq003au

My HP Envy won’t turn on! With or without being plugged in.

 

Ive followed the suggestion of unplugging it, holding the power button for 8-10seconds, plugging it back in and turning it on - but that didn’t work. After doing this, the wee red light beside the power inlet turns white for a second but then goes back to red. This only happens once after following this process, otherwise it stays red.

It has an internal battery.

 

Any other suggestions?

The correct steps for a "hard reset".

1) Unplug power cord.

2) Remove battery.

3) Hold down power button 30 seconds.

4) Install battery, and plug in power cord.

Hard reset is now completed, turn on computer.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

After using my computer for 10minutes it turned off again and I can’t get it to turn back on even using the hard reset steps.
