You're very welcome.
That's good that you already have the faster memory.
As I see it, the PC should boot right up with no action. Windows 10 will install new devices.
No need to update the BIOS just to boot the PC into Windows.
The only issue will be the W10 activation due to the change of the motherboard.

Hi:
You should be OK.
There are some minor differences.
Two of the back USB ports on the 8300 Elite SFF are USB3.
The memory will work but it will only run at 1333 MHz, if that is the original memory that came with your 8200 Elite.
The 8300 Elite uses PC3-12800 (1600 MHz) memory.
You may have to reactivate W10 because you changed the motherboard.
If you do, you should be able to use the change product key option in the control panel and enter the W7 OEM product key from your PC's case.

Hi, Richard:
If you get the message that Windows needs to be activated after installing the new motherboard...
Right click on the Windows icon on bottom left of taskbar>Control Panel>System & Security>System>Under the Windows Activation section at the bottom of the window, click on the Change Product Key link on the right side, and see if entering your W7 product key from the sticker on your 8200 Elite's case activates the installation.
I had to do that when my 8200 Elite motherboard conked out too, and I replaced the motherboard, and it worked fine, using the W7 key.
I am also running W10. I replaced the board with the same one. I thought about getting an 8300 Elite board, but decided against it because I don't have the PC-12800 memory or a 3rd generation processor I could install.

another question if you have time the intel 3570 cpu came with a new heat sink and fan the pins didn't fit in my 8200 mother board thats how I fried it i think tring to force the pins in I also now realize that this motherboard didn't accept 3rd generation Intel cpu's the long and short of it will I need the new heat sink and fan for the 8300 mother board or is the hp sufficent?TKS

I think you should be able to use the stock HP heat sink from the 8200 Elite.
The 3570 actually uses less wattage than a similar i5 2nd generation core processor used in the 8200 Elite, so I would think the heatsink from the 8200 elite should work just fine.
