Hi @kenu1

Welcome to the HP Forum.

What specific memory modules did you buy?

The memory upgrade options for your PC, at this Site, are somewhat confusing. One section states the MB supports 4 GB and 8 GB modules (totaling 16 GB of memory). The second section at this site states the MB supports up to 32 GBs of memory.

I can only suggest looking at Crucial Memory. Crucial guarantees compatibility and has a Memory Scanner.

Hi Bill! good day i just buy a crucial ram now and now it's okay but i have another problem my graphics card, i have a  gtx 1050ti and when i play valorant it show graphics driver crashed but my gpu drivers are already updated, do you think it's a motherboard malfunction?

Hi @kENU2

I'm confused. Are you also Kenu1?

You could have a: power supply problem or a power delivery problem in the chain affecting other components, i.e. graphics card, MB, or a RAM problem if you are running the latest Nvidia drivers.

And Windows is up to date.

Are you having any other Window's stability issues?

Regards
