I have an FX 900 Pro that is throwing firmware errors I need to do a warranty claim on but like https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Nvme-serial-number-not-recogniz... and several other posters the support S/N fillout doesn't recognize the S/N of the device. Can I get a support DM for this?
