Your HP model 590-P0050 has 8 variations as shown here

I guessed this oen https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/?searchtext=3LA16AAR&searchby=product
but you should use your product ID to do the lookup.
It appears you have the 310 power supply

There are two possible replacements as shown here
ebay has HP resellers or you can lookup those parts here
You could also upgrade to a more powerful one
