Your question is too vague.  There are plenty of USB webcams to choose from on the net.

Are you asking for a recommendation?

It depends on your personal requirements and your budget. The good ones are really hard to find since the COVID outbreak and those that are top quality, the price raised tremendously.

My monitor has a DVi-d and VGA connections only so I guess I need a webcam with one of those connections?

Oh OK. No worries if you have never used a webcam before. They come as a USB 2 connection. Pretty much any one will do. But the higher quality ones like a Logitech work better as far as picture quality, than a cheap $30 version.

Oops, I just found that one is sold out. They are super hard to find unless you wanted to pay double.
