I want to set up an SSD. Suggest to me which SSD is better for this Laptop. Laptop model :15-bs074xt. Can I install M.2 NVMe SSD  and Which one is the perfect M.2 SATA SSD or M.2 NVMe SSD?

Your notebook's M.2 slot supports SATA SSD's only, not NVMe.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive types.
