Need to get RMA for a failing EX900 SSD

I posted a question earlier on this board and never received a response and the post got locked from inactivity. I need to get RMA for a failing HP branded SSD. HP's automated warranty verification does not work for my product. I tried using the HP Virtual Agent to talk with a real person about my issue and it has an error: "Please wait while we create your case number." then "Sorry, I'm unable to assist you right now." Basically I just want to talk with someone that can help me get this thing replaced. Can someone help me get my RMA started?
