Need to get a warranty return for my SSD

HP SSD EX900 M.2 120GB
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My PC BSOD last night while using Photoshop and when i restarted my PC my m.2 drive could not be found in the BIOS or disk management in windows. I can't tell for sure if it's gone and i'm tried using this site to check the warranty but the site keeps saying out of service. Is there a direction someone can point me to get a warranty return? The drive is barely 7 months old.

Or is there anyway i can check my drives' status?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
