Here is the specification sheet. If you upgraded the RAM to matching pair of (PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333) 4 GB modules, it would run as 8GB in dual channel mode. From there you could consider the CPU upgrade.

I'm sorry sir I didn't get it. I actually don't know much about my PC and I have been using it even after the warranty has expired. Can you please explain it more detailedly?
I see two screws on the back of the monitor. If I unscrew them, can I buy a couple of RAM upgrades and put it in myself?

According to the specifications page, it only has 2 GB of RAM. Performance is a based on CPU speed and amount of RAM. The Service Manual will explain how to properly open the case.
