@lmed812,

Your a tad vague on substance ! 😲

The PCIE version can be obtained via GPU-Z.

Now, what is the wattage of your installed TP01... as you did not mentioned the exact model #.

Did you know the PSU is HP proprietary? That means it is not an ATX, and not over-the-counter.

Game play is a combination of CPU speed and GPU card.  Some TP01 are Intel 7-8700 and some are Ryzen7-3700k. That makes a difference.

Hi WB, the wattage is 180W. Would an HP Propietary mean that I can't change out the PSU? Many thanks!

HP Recommended

NO, that means you can only use the PSU supplied by HP, 180, 310, 400 and 500W.

Okay gotcha, the next question would be. Could I replace the PSU I have currently with an HP 500W, or is there no shot at this. Once again, thank you for the help.

In addition, I have the product number now, it should be 6YR43AA#ABA

@lmed812,

Now I have something to work with.   You have a HP TP01-0034.  In my spreadsheet you will note the cross-references of the TG01 and TP01 Rother boards.  Now you have some data on the PSU and GPU combinations.

Okay awesome! I was reading in another post that the TP01-0034, PSU could potentially be swapped out for the 400W (L04618-800) . Could I do this, or would I run into problems along the way.
