Not sure what your attempting, but please understand the following:
1) The motherboard rear does not have a I/O plate. The external ports are cut-outs in the cabinet.
That means it will not match up or stabilize at the rear of a new case.
2) The power supply is an HP proprietary designed unit. It will not attach to a different case.
That means you can not utilize an over the counter power supply.
3) Motherboard stand-off's might be different.
4) A foreign power switch will need to be re-wired.
From all your previous inquiries, and the explanations given, I do not believe you understand the problems associated with hacking the HP 690 series into another case. Alas, it is futile to continue. Do you understand the dilemma ? Re-wording or creating a different logic point is not working. It is still the same negative answer.
