Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

on the HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2176z PC I won't to turn up the fan speed to my CPU does heat up as easily but when I tried to open the bios nothing came up, does anyone know how to either get the bios to open up or to turn up the fans without the bios?

hi

you probably don't have an option to change the fan speed in the bios
But to open the bios, you have several options, F10 at startup, escape key
and if not enough:
