Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!
Your OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT12-0000i (7WM96AV), as per: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=7WM96AV, and: HP PartSurfer, is fitted with the Dorado motherboard (SSID: 8704) with p/n: L96319-601 "MB,Dorado,Intel CML+H470,WIN".
You can upgrade your processor with one of these:
And the sky is the proverbial limit when it comes to graphics cards. Here you can see what fellow HP System OMEN 25L Desktop GT12-0xxx Users have made work for their rigs: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-OMEN-25L-Desktop-GT12-0xxx/188923.
Hope this was helpful.

[EDIT:] If your motherboard happens to be a Dorado OC-AMP (SSID: 8703), then your PC is also compatible with the i7-10700K / i7-10700KF and i9-10900K / i9-10900KF processors. You can find this out by typing: system information in your Windows search bar, and by clicking on the System Information App.
You should then be able to find the "BaseBoard Product" number. Either 8704, or 8704. If it is "87C3", please let me know.
PLEAE NOTE: these processors come with a much higher TDP (125-watt) -meaning, they will be running a LOT hotter, thus it will likely necessitate improved CPU cooling.
