Windows 10 v2004

Device Manager (show hidden devices) lists no Bluetooth and no Touchscreen, System Firmware shows error code 10, Universal Serial Bus controllers lists two "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)".  I have followed the protocols found here (but with Intels latest drivers) to no resolution. I am currently running an extensive test and will update with results. I have also found this thread, but thought I'd ask here for something more recent first. Microsoft says the Bluetooth driver was resolved in the last update and removed the safeguard hold in Aug. Recently touchscreen started working again, but then of course stopped, and I'm unsure how long Bluetooth has been MIA.

@justnic I'm afraid there are no drivers available to support the Windows 10 2004 as of now: click here to verify,

Under these circumstances, there are only two options,

  • You can either wait for the update to be released, while using an external source for bluetooth via a USB dongle (which may take some time from what I'm told (not sure when it would be released)
  • Or, you can downgrade the windows, and disable auto updates for the time being and continue using the same bluetooth and touchscreen instead.

I've also run "additional troubleshooters," bluetooth troubleshooter returns no device (there is and it has worked before). I do not have the "hardware and devices" troubleshooter option.
