No print screen button or num lock on HP970 keyboard. $250 and buttons gone. Tried also to get a man

My new expensive HP970 programable keyboard does not have a manual and I cannot find one. It does not have a print screen or num lock button and have a solution to use multiple keys is silly and not acceptable.
