I bought an HP Omni Studio 27 I had it for almost 3 weeks and the power supply died. I used to work in a technical position. I can tell a power supply is dead with a multi meter. I contacted HP support November 13 and after the support guy agreed that the power supply was dead, he said he would next day ship a new one at no cost. It is now November 21. Daily I receive emails to track the “non-shipment” of the power supply. Tracking says contact HP. I do and after about 30 minutes I am told they’re sorry it will be FedEx-ed tomorrow. I need the pc how can I light a fire under the no support system?

Hello Kuroi.

OK sure,  the service order number is BXHN391901, the serial number is 8CQ43609MH and the model number is A5NJ2AA.

I have pretty much given up on any actual support from the people I have been dealing with, I received a new email this morning saying the same thing as all the others.

I am not going to bother with them anymore.  The thing the first guy I spoke with was more interested in was getting me to buy the extended warranty. I did that looking at the issue I have the the system was only 3 weeks old.

I have gone to Best Buy and bought a power supply that is powering the system now.

The first guy is named CHIT ( I believe the accent was very "thick") the second guy is named SHEITAN (I think) the third was a woman by that time I was not interested in names since there is no one there that will give an answer.

Michael
