Product: HP ENVY 34 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 34-c1000 (4G584AV)

Hello everybody,

 

kindly asking help with this matter: my HP Envy 34-c1700ng (330 W 80 Plus Platinum power source) has 2 Thunderbolt 4 with USB4™ Type-C 40 Gbit/s Signalrate USB-Charging.


However, I am not able to charge my HP ProBook 450 GB (Input 19,5 V). I tried three different Thunderbolt-Cables - I am still unable to charge my laptop through the PC.


Could anyone assist me , am I doing something wrong?
