HP All-in-One PC 22-dd0000i (9FK22AV)

My desktop is running very slow and my photoshop is crashing. I assume i need to upgrade my RAM which is only at 4 and I would like to get to 16. So if anyone has any links they would be greatly appreciated.

@Story2003,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Disclaimer: it is challenging sometimes to find HP product specification information.

As far as I can tell, your HP All-In-One PC 22-Dd0000i (9FK22AV) has two (2) RAM slots, and can take up to 2 x 8GB (16 GB total) of DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, non-ECC, Unbuffered, SoDIMM, 260-Pin Single-Rank RAM.

This "HP 200 G4 22 All-in-One Business PC Maintenance and Service Guide": http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06535372.pdf, shows two pictures:

Which shows the two RAM slots.

This HP YouTube tutorial shows you how to access the RAM (time stamp 03:37): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGXDMsTE5zM&ab_channel=HPSupport.

Here is one -affordable- example of 8GB RAM (you need two 8 GB sticks): Timetec 8GB DDR4 2666MHz (DDR4-2666) PC4-21300 ( (PC4-2666V) Non-ECC Unbuffered 1.2V CL19 1Rx8 Singl....

Hope this was helpful.

@Prométhée,

This is frequently the frustrating part when targeted HP product documentation on which I relied and which I referenced in good faith, may or may not accurately reflect what the User actually has...

@Story2003, the issue at hand here is that HP documentation supposedly pertaining to a specific PC model, is sometimes inaccurate or ambiguous, leaving us to try our best to make educated guesses.

Best way to find out what you actually got under the hood, so to speak, is to open it up and see for yourself.

Kind Regards,

NonSequitur777
