I try to turn it on, and get 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps. It does that 4 times, and then the LED continues in a similar pattern. From what I could find it was a memory issue, but it continues to do it even after installing new memory. I installed 1x8 2666 DDR4 memory, which is what it shipped with. I also tried swapping with a hard drive I knew worked. Still the same result.

Did you unplug the power cord every time you were inside the chassis. ? Were you properly grounded to the chassis ? Unplug the power cord from the unit. Either keep grounded to chassis by hand or grounding strap. Return it to its original configuration (RAM). Replace cable, and restart. It is will not start it is probable that you damaged either the RAM, or static shock to the motherboard.
