I am currently using OMEN 25L (GT15-0524), with 5600G (TDP 65W) and RX7600.
I want to upgrade my CPU to 5700X with TDP 65W (but I think the actual will be higher), or 5900X (TDP 105W), or 5600 (TDP 65W). The price is not a problem here.
My question is that will my motherboard be able to run these CPUs or do I need to replace a motherboard as well on 5700X and 5900X. In the processor upgrades information, it says it will only support 5600X, but 5700X and 5600 both have 65W TDP.

No worries: your HanaL motherboard (SSID: 89EB) can deliver 105-watt of power in order to power the 105-watt Ryzen 9 5900X as quite convincingly shown by this HanaL (SSID: 89EB) User:

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
The best processors compatible with your HP HanaL motherboard (SSID: 89EB) for which there is documented evidence, are the following:
Ryzen 7 5700G
Ryzen 9 5900X

As to the why's, that is HP's micro coding reason.
Yes, the Ryzen 9 5900X (12-Cores, 24-Threads, 3.70 GHz upt to 4.80 GHz, 105-watt TDP) will indeed benefit from an upgraded CPU heatsink.
You can purchase one of these bad boys starting around $220 via eBay Sellers, such as: https://www.ebay.com/itm/286285068731?_skw=Ryzen+9+5900X&itmmeta=01JJHM6PY6R89ZZYRFV4NX511V&hash=ite..., or: https://www.ebay.com/itm/226565725603?_skw=Ryzen+9+5900X&epid=23042003629&itmmeta=01JJHM6PY69JGGKSE9....

So I should get a cooler with 4 heat pipes?
I searched through the forum and found a lot of your replies. It is quite strange that the motherboard clearly shows the same performance as the AOC one, but stated as 65W TDP. How can I check in my MB that the micro coding will delivery 105W?

And yes, you should upgrade your CPU cooler, with something like this: https://www.amazon.com/ID-COOLING-SE-225-XT-Heatpipes-2x120mm-Push-Pull/dp/B08LPDDM4B/ref=sr_1_11?cr....
