Omen 25L TERRIBLE cooling

I can’t believe why I bought this pc I spent $1500 and I have gotten it repair 4 times, the motherboard, gpu, cpu heat sink and cooler, and some other parts have been replaced instead of just giving me a better case, I don’t get why they charge so much when they do such a bad job on their cooling, all they care about is performance which is very important but it’s not fun seeing your pc reach temps of 210 degrees Fahrenheit,  the case manager is not responded to my emails anymore and I was told I would get 6 months of additional warrant after repairs which I am yet to get.
