Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the 24-e028cy desk top. I need to know the correct way to open the case so I can install new memory. I have removed the stand two screws and removed the center screw that holds a plastic tab. All of the videos show removing the speaker cover which is about 2 inches wide and as long as the computer. But my unit , it's all part of the beszo frame. I don't want to break it.
